Geez, I'm shattered today. It probably has something to do with the twelve hours that I worked yesterday, waitressing at a wedding. I think that, despite the fact I didn't drink (ever, not just last night... ha ha), I gained a hang-over, on default, from having actually been there.

Weird.

Can I just say, before I begin, that OH MY GOD!! I'm only fifty views off 7000! That is amazing! In fact, it's possibly the best thing that could have happened today! As you may have noticed, I've not exactly had a fabulous week, and OH MY GOD, that made it all so much better... Let's make it 7000 by tomorrow!

I just did some maths. Those statistics mean I'm averaging well over 2000 views per month (duh), but as I was on holiday for a month of that time, I figure I didn't get too many views then, and so... OH MY GOD!

So, this should be #6, but I wussed out last week, because so little happened which was of any interest. Anyway, it's back again this week! : )

Confessions of a Fashion Editor's A to Z of loves of the week #5

A is for Alice, the name Sarah calls me... I sent a text into Radio 1's request show under that name yesterday, and they called me back, asking for "Alice". I chickened out, and put the phone down. Woops.

B is for Bunnylass, a fan-fiction writer I've become addicted to! Her story "Finding What Is Lost" could work as a stand-alone, not fan-fic, so have a read!

C is for cake, perchance? Cake is always good, regardless of when. So, it's not just a love of this week - it's a love of evey week!

D is for Dressing Up, for my Gran and Grandad's Golden Wedding last weekend. The photos finally made it to the computer... Have a look-see!

Sorry sorry sorry that this is a day late - I did spend most of yesterday in a car, in my defence... On the way home from a family party! It was great fun, so I thought that I'd do this A to Z about it... as much as physically possible, anyway! Here goes...

Confessions of a Fashion Editor's A to Z of loves of the week #4

A is for Aunties. About 70 000 of them, actually... (Well, no... about 12.)

B is for Ben Nevis, a mountain in Scotland which my brother decided to climb instead of coming with us.

C is for cream pies and Cathy - my Dad's cousin, my Aunty Cathy, is superb at evil plots. Her and her sisters cream pied all their cousins - including my Dad. It was very funny... but very messy... so thankfully I was forewarned, and I removed my new coat before it started!

D is for Dave(s). Two of them.

E is for Eline. The cutest child on the planet. She is fou years old, blonde, always dresses in pink, and has the biggest blue eyes and little dimples... no one can ever say no to her, she's so lovely! (She's my second cousin, I think...)

F is for falling over. On slippy cream-pie-and-water covered patios. I have lovely purple knees now. No skirts for Amy for a whie then...

G is for Gran and Grandad's party next weekend - with the other half of the family!

H is for Hatfield College, Durham... the college I'm applying to, and the one that my Great Uncle went to, years ago, apparently!

I is for I-am-so-so-so-so-so-so-tiiiiiiiiiiiiired!

J is for Jelly. The one thing which would have made it better.

K is for PASS. (;

L is for La La La La Laaaaa - as in singing. Which happened loudly at minight, if I remember correctly. Amy and Tom and Beth and the small children verses The Drunken Adults; who can sing the loudest?

M is for the Macarena. Which was danced at midnight on a hill side. You haven't lived until you've done that!

N is for Netty (Annette), a friend of my Aunty's, who is a Responsible Adult. Apparently. :) She likes soppy-girl-films, like me. We had fun. :)

O is for obviously, we could sing the loudest. Oh ye of little faith.

P is for playing stupid games!

Q is for "Be quiet!!!", which wasyelled at us shortly after the macarena was danced. Ah, good times...

R is for running down hills makes me fall over.

S is for Stardust, the movie we watched. Good times.
